How long will it take for me to receive my package?

It takes 1-3 business days for processing, 3-5 business days to receive your product (domestic).     The processing times are standard for all orders, even expedited shipping.To find your order status, you can track your using the tracking number sent with the confirmation email.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation email?

Yes, all US orders will receive a shipping confirmation email. Once an order ships a confirmation e-mail will be sent containing a tracking number.If, for some reason, you can't find your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@arose.shop with your order number and details for your inquiry.Another option to follow your package is through SMS texting.

Does A’ROSE ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship internationally.

Can I expedite my shipping?

We do offer expedited shipping however; an order may only be expedited at the time of checkout or before the order has been fully processed within 5 minutes after placing an order. After the 5-minute time frame, we are not able to make any shipping changes.Please note : All orders over $800 USD will only receive free GROUND shipping, not expedited. 

Preserved Long Lasting Roses (Last at Least 3 Years)

Our roses are grown in the verdant, sun-drenched fields of Ecuador. Only the most perfect, beautiful and vibrant roses are selected for use within our designs. Our team of floral experts then perform a sophisticated technique allowing the flowers to maintain their natural, fresh cut appearance. Instead of leaving them to dry, they undergo a rehydration process that involves being placed within a mixture of glycerin and other plant elements. This liquid gradually rises through the stem transforming the rose into the longest-lasting flower on the market.

Please note that the metallic color roses (gold, silver, rose-gold) are sprayed for that color and the paint application may cause cracks and/or spotting on the petals.

Damaged Product Upon Receipt

Should your product arrive damaged, please email info@arose.shop to submit your request for a refund. Please submit photos of damage, along with your order # associated with the order.

Looking To Return A Product You Got From Another Retailer?

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a third party retailer. We suggest you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly for questions regarding refund.
