Damaged Product Upon Receipt

Should your product arrive damaged, please email info@arose.shop to submit your request for a refund. Please submit photos of damage, along with your order # associated with the order.

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a third party retailer. We suggest you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly for questions regarding refund.
